1. REMOVE KNEE AIR BAG ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the knee air bag assembly (Click here).



2. REMOVE NO. 3 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY


3. REMOVE FRONT WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY (for 1NR-FE)

  1. Remove the front windshield wiper motor and link assembly (Click here).



4. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the clutch reservoir tube from the clutch master cylinder.

    HINT:
    Use a container to collect the fluid.

  1. Using a union nut wrench 10 mm, disconnect the flexible hose tube.

    HINT:
    Use a container to collect the fluid.

  1. Remove the clip and the push rod clevis pin from the clutch pedal.

  1. Remove the 2 nuts and the clutch master cylinder.

  1. Measure the dimension A as shown in the illustration before loosening the adjusting nut.
